Tickets of mine actually have been awnsered in minutes, and I feel safe knowing my websites are hosted by a christian host. And who would of guessed you all were credible? You're one of those companies have been around for a very long time and might just remain until the rapture There is level a trust between you and us, the clients, that I can tell you I have not felt with the hosts before you. And as for bonnie, I truly think every hosting company needs one! But I'll guarantee you one thing, not one of them would have assisted me the way that Bonnie has. Though the problem lay entirely within my system, Bonnie went above and beyond to help me determine the problem. Unable to fully grasp my situation she contacted me by telephone, eager to help. I truly felt she was as concerned about my problem as I was. Although I was able to correct it on my own, her eagerness to help utterly impressed me. I've also, in the past received excellent support from Bob. There's no doubt in my mind that had he been handling my ticket on this problem, the same enthusiasm would have been presented.
