Amatsu Update By Henry On Aug 17, 2004 - 5:47 PM Attention iRO Users, We are pleased to announce that we are planning to implement the Amatsu Update, the first part of the Ragnarok Online Global Project, on the iRO Sakray server on August 31, 2004. With this update, players will be treated to the new town of Amatsu, the tranquil coastal village adorned with year round cherry blossoms. Also following the theme of ancient Japan, the Amatsu Update will also bring the challenge of three new dungeons inhabited by fearsome monsters inspired by Japanese folklore. Before the implementation of Amatsu, we suggest that users download and install the Amatsu patch that is available in the Download section of the iRO official website. Both the main iRO client and iRO Sakray clients available from the Game Download page isalso updated, and already include the Amatsu patch. Only iRO users residing in Switzerland, Austria, Turkey, Italy and Germany are eligible for the account transfer. We suggest that eligible users planning to transfer to euRO apply for the account transfer by requesting a euRO invitation e-mail from euRO before the deadline. We also recommend that users currently planning to transfer to euRO double check and update their personal information on the euRO transfer page, which may be accessed the through the weblink enclosed in the euRO invitation e-mail.
