It’s going to be a blast! (stupid pun intended) The next board-wide plot has been finalised! Wooo! This plot promises to involve EVERYONE on the board, of all affiliations. More details will be revealed in due time, however most of it will be kept hush-hush until it's right on top of you! It is due to start directly after the Colt tournament finishes, so keep up with your posting, an exciting turn of events is just around the corner.. A large fountain graces the middle of the courtyard, which is surrounded by a wide bed of flowers and plants. 689/30/04 10:38 am Gardens Exotic plants and flowers litter the expansive gardens next to the Xavier Mansion, luring guests to explore with their pungent aromas. 8310/1/04 2:30 pm Riverbank Along the Western edge of the grounds lies a small river, it's flowing waters having provided solace for many a troubled mutant in the past. 4910/8/04 12:21 am Backyard A more concealed area of the Mansion Grounds, the backyard is generally used as a sports ground for the more active members of the X-Men. 4210/7/04 10:52 pm Xavier Mansion - Main Level Hallway Behind the mighty front doors of the Mansion lies a long hallway with many doors opening from both sides. A large stairway is against the wall on the left, heading to the upper levels of the Mansion. 97/9/04 1:24 pm Xavier's Office Usually reserved for new students and meetings of dire importance, Xavier's Office is lavishly decorated in rich reds and dark wooden tones. His desk is large and sits in the centre of the room, with two visitors chairs placed in front. 619/29/04 6:13 pm Kitchen The Kitchen of the Xavier Mansion is large, to say the least, having to cater for the entire X-Men populous, sometimes all at once. A stainless steel, walk-in fridge lines the right hand wall, opposite multiple ovens and cooking devices. 3210/10/04 12:17 pm Living Area Littered with couches, televisions, game consoles and even a pool table, the living area of the mansion is more of a recreation room than anything else. It's unkempt appearance is a result of regular use, contrasting with the pristine condition of the rest of the level. 10810/10/04 12:01 pm Garage/Hangar At the end of the hallway, past all the other rooms on the main level lies the door to the expansive garage-come-hangar which houses all of the X-Men's vehicles. 4310/1/04 4:12 pm Xavier Mansion - Upper Level Library A place indoors that is always promising peace and quiet is the library. Walls lined with thick books, mostly covered in dust, and long, low tables fill the room. Alcoves are cut into the walls with cushions on the ground for a more private contemplation space, as well as seats by the windows which look out over the beautiful gardens. 2410/6/04 6:49 pm Dormitory Rooms The rest of the upper level is taken up with the personal quarters of the X-Men. A second flight of stairs at the end of the hallway leads to a third story, containing more bedrooms. 11110/10/04 2:13 pm Xavier Mansion - Underground Level Medical Wing and Laboratories Reserved for the sick, injured, or just plain weird, the Medical Wing and Laboratories are equipped to deal with just about anything, from the smallest scratch to the highest levels of scientific testing. 6310/10/04 8:53 am Danger Room Run by Shi'ar technology, the Danger Room creates simulations to help mutants test their powers alone, or train as a team in different situations. 5410/11/04 5:00 pm Cerebro Room The room which houses Xavier's mutant cataloging computer, Cerebro. Access is restricted to Xavier only, and those with his exclusive permission to enter. 02/11/04 5:10 pm Cells Not often used, but still seen as necessary, the cells are reserved for any captives that may be taken by the X-Men. Whether it be a hostile mutant or just an out-of-control teenager, these dark cells are where they learn their lesson. 02/11/04 5:11 pm New York New York City The city that literally, never sleeps. Something is always happening in New York.. 7710/10/04 9:32 am Central Park On the lighter side of New York lies Central Park, a large expanse of land that hasn't (yet) been destructed to make way for the city's many buildings. Pathways meander through trees, passing by many a park bench and hot dog stand. Clearings dot the landscape on either side of the paths (and some further away), providing a mostly uninterruptable solace for those who seek it. 369/29/04 4:25 pm 13 Demons In deep New York City lies a myriad of lights, alleyways and nightclubs. 13 Demons ties all three of these together as one of the darkest back-alley clubs New York has to offer. It is frequented by mutants of all affiliations, especially those who want to have a good time while keeping away from the public eye. 12510/7/04 2:27 pm Pontoon In a seemingly desolate warehouse upon the docks of New York's Hudson River hides Pontoon, an exclusive open-all-hours cocktail bar and nightclub. It's patronage is reserved strictly for the mutant and elite mutant-friendly, its existence otherwise unknown to the general populace of New York City. 5210/10/04 2:08 pm Little Italy Restaurants and boutiques surround the narrow, cobblestoned roads of Little Italy, a popular dining place in downtown Manhatten. Whether it be a pizza you seek, pasta or calzone, here is the place to find the best Italian food and culture in New York. 79/19/04 8:51 pm Morlock Tunnels The large network of tunnels underneath the buzzing New York City is populated by Morlocks, mutants who hide from humanity and those who may want to kill them. 149/30/04 1:24 pm Brotherhood Hideout Entrance Broken steps lead up to an old door, from which the paint is seriously peeling and flaking onto the small decking below. The door handle is rusty and sticks upon use - but never mind, a shoulder barge or two and the door will open.. eventually. 1539/28/04 3:00 pm Hideout Grounds A far cry from the expansive grounds of the Xavier Mansion, the exterior of the Brotherhood Hideout leaves much to be desired. A sparse stretch of browning grass extends out the side of the house, ending in a small cliff and dotted with spindly trees. 1010/11/04 5:01 pm Kitchen and Living Mess True to it's name, the kitchen and living areas of the Brotherhood Hideout are just that - a mess. Pizza boxes are piled upon the benches next to the multitudes of dirty dishes. An old Coke Machine sits in the corner of the kitchen, which surprisingly still actually works. Mismatching furniture is littered messily in front of a large television which is propped up with bricks where it's fourth leg should be. 46/16/04 12:37 pm Dormitory Rooms The entire upper level of the Brotherhood Hideout is taken up with Dormitory Rooms for members.
